T-Mobile Arena is the Strip's big indoor arena for hockey, combat sports and touring concerts. It is the home ice of the Vegas Golden Knights and one of the busiest event venues in the city.
Location
The arena is at 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158, on the south part of the Strip, near Dolby Live at Park MGM. With two major venues in the same area, double-check which one your event is in.
History
T-Mobile Arena opened on April 6, 2016. The NHL's Vegas Golden Knights have played here since 2017. It seats about 17,500 for hockey and hosted Stanley Cup Final games in 2018 and 2023.
Events and atmosphere
The arena's program covers NHL hockey, UFC, boxing and concerts. Each changes the layout: a hockey rink, a fight setup in the center, or an end stage for a tour. That means the best seat depends on the event. For hockey, a view along the length of the rink helps you follow play; for a fight, an elevated seat with a clear view of the screens can work well; for a concert, check the stage position on the seat plan. Our seat maps explained and arena concert tips guides go into more detail.
Tickets
Helios Club is an independent journal: we do not sell or resell tickets, take no bookings and are not affiliated with this venue. Buy from the venue's own box office or the official ticketing outlet it names on its website, and read buying show tickets safely before you pay.
Visitor notes
- Check the venue's own site for schedules, bag policy and parking before you go.
- Give yourself time for security on sold-out nights.
- In summer, carry water and walk in the cooler evening; see beating the desert heat.
- The Las Vegas Monorail's south end is at the MGM Grand; see getting around the Strip for options.
